KIMBERLY KARP, Founder
Founder Kimberly Karp has 23 years of sales and marketing experience, 18 of which she has spent in premium promotional marketing. Born in San Francisco and raised in the Midwest, Kimberly supports many San Francisco charities and organizations, including the San Francisco Ballet Auxiliary, JLSF, SF Parks Trust, Children of Shelters, and the Art Institute, among others. She's passionate about business, golf, art, and travel, and still manages to stay up-to-date on everything from fashion trends to current events. Kim has a BS from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Susan Moritz, Director of Operations
Experience: When she was based in Chicago, Susan sold corporate contract furniture, fabrics, and accessories. She's lived in various parts of the country, which gives her broad perspective and experience. She has spent the last 10 years in the ASI market in San Francisco. Susan has a BA from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Hometown: Susan was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio.
Passions: In her younger days, Susan owned a dance studio and danced semi-professionally (ballet, jazz, and modern). She still describes herself as being in perpetual motion, and she loves biking, hiking, rowing, and travel. More sedentary interests include film, art, reading, and watching NBA basketball.

Melanie Hoefer, Sales
Experience: Melanie has 14 years of experience in various sales organizations, beginning with IMG, where she solicited corporate sponsorships for major sporting events, and culminating with KK Promotions, where she has built a niche serving the beverage industry and universities. She is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin. She has a BA in Business and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.
Hometown: Melanie retains a hint of her Texas twang and all of her Texas charm, despite 18 years in her "new" home: California.
Passions: Melanie is an exceptional wife and mom, and she enjoys entertaining, skiing, water sports, and beating a heavy bag into submission.

Christie Swanson, Sales
Experience: Christie has an MBA and was a top investment banker with Wells Fargo Corporate Services, Inc. She left the field to spend more time with her three children and soon discovered her entrepreneurial drive. She ran a clothing business, which expanded to fashion consulting for many of her clients. She recently added promotional products to her business background, bringing loads of business contacts and ideas. Christie has a BS from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
Hometown: Chicago and Washington, D.C.
Passions: Christie is devoted to the Washington, D.C., volunteerism and fundraising scene. She has been instrumental and actively involved in the Lombardi Cancer Center, the Women's Board of the American Heart Association, and the Washington Ballet. She is very active in all three of her children's schools. In her spare time, Christie loves to travel, discovering new places and passions.
